WaterWorks Bar & Grille is our full-service restaurant located within the hotel, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's the perfect place to grab a bite before seeing a show at the Straz Center next door, loading up on our breakfast buffet before heading out on a tropical cruise or to wind down with a cocktail after a long day at the beach.

- Chicken Quesadillas - Crispy flour tortilla filled with a mixture of roasted chicken, scallions, cilantro, Monterey Jack cheese & blackened tomato jam, served with shredded lettuce, sour cream and salsa fresca
- Calamari - Crispy, fried calamari served with our fra diavolo sauce
- Portobello Mushrooms - Marinated & grilled portobello served over a warm polenta cake, with sauteed spinach, topped with Gorgonzola cheese & a port wine dried cherry vinaigrette

- Deli Cuts - Your choice of turkey, ham or roast beef topped with lettuce, tomato, onion & mayo (cheese can be added)
- Turkey Club - Thinly sliced turkey with smoked bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion & horseradish dressing
- Tampa Cuban - Roasted pork, ham, salami, Swiss cheese, pickles, mayo & mustard served with a side of black beans & yellow rice
- All-American Burger - Grilled over an open flame, topped with lettuce, tomato, onion & pickle served on a toasted kaiser roll (cheese can be added)
- Soup & Sandwich Combo - A cup of our homemade soup or chili with your choice of a half Deli Cuts sandwich
- Chicken Caesar Wrap - Marinated, grilled chicken breast, Romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese & Caesar dressing, rolled in a soft flour tortilla
- Turkey Bacon Wrap - Thinly sliced turkey, smoked bacon, ranch dressing, lettuce, tomato & onion, rolled in a soft flour tortilla
